An Honest Reinterpretation of the SeaOrbiter Lab

Donate Readers of Popular Science may have recently seenFrench architect Jacques Rougerie's proposal for the SeaOrbiter lab, a freely floating science platform from which all sorts of oceanographic research can be done. Upon noting that Rougerie thought it would be fun to include a Captain Nemo style pipe organ in the data center, we here at the Skeptoid blog suspected his true plans may have been even grander. So on behalfof overworked and undercompensated oceanographers everywhere, we hereby present a more honest and improved reinterpretation of Rougerie's design:
